Profile levels
Full profiles contain expanded gameplay and feature research. Researched profiles contain source-checked classification and high-level catalog metadata while deeper fields continue to be upgraded. MMOFinder does not turn an unknown field into an assumed fact.
How profile verification works
Each game profile separates six documentation areas: core facts, current lifecycle status, gameplay features, gameplay media, source trail and last-reviewed date. A green Verified state means the relevant catalog evidence is recorded. Partial means useful information exists but a direct link, independent confirmation or complete feature pass is still missing. Unavailable means MMOFinder does not currently have reliable supporting information for that area.
The documented-area total is a completeness indicator only. It is not a review score, quality rating, popularity measure or endorsement. A historically important game can have limited surviving documentation, while a new game can have extensive official material.
Sources and media
Source trails can include official game or publisher material, specialist databases, contemporary reporting, public platform listings and preserved directory records. Screenshot coverage is tracked separately because a verified game identity does not guarantee that reliable gameplay media survives. Placeholder artwork is never counted as verified gameplay media.
Changing information
Service status, platforms, monetization and gameplay features can change after a profile is checked. Every dated review describes MMOFinder’s catalog evidence at that point in time. Visitors should confirm purchasing, installation and server-availability decisions through a game’s current official channels.
Current catalog coverage
This build contains 2,150 profiles: 2,144 Full profiles and 6 Researched profiles. Verification panels expose incomplete areas directly instead of hiding them behind a single confidence score.
