Hero's Journey was a long-in-development fantasy MMORPG from Simutronics (GemStone IV, DragonRealms) built on their proprietary HeroEngine, the same engine later licensed to BioWare for Star Wars: The Old Republic; after over a decade in development, Simutronics laid off the remaining team in March 2009 and the game was never released.
