  • A messy legal battle has followed, including a breach-of-contract lawsuit over unpaid cloud-hosting bills and a restraining order obtained by the IP's new owner, TFE Holdings, against Sharif over company assets and account access.
  • No official relaunch, refund program, or restart timeline has been confirmed as of this listing — the game's future is genuinely uncertain rather than merely delayed.
  • Players who purchased Early Access packages (up to roughly $50) have reported seeking refunds, and it's unclear what compensation, if any, backers of the original 2017 Kickstarter will ultimately receive.
